I ordered from Critical Role and the checkout was... fine, I guess. At first I was getting a little annoyed because the pages were taking their sweet time to load, and the shipping info section made me pause and double-check everything since it wasn’t super obvious.
But then, weirdly, once the payment actually went through, I was like, okay, that wasn’t so bad. I got the confirmation email right away and nothing broke, so I can’t really complain too much. Not amazing, not terrible, just a little clunky.

"Why was this so hard to navigate?!"
The site looks good at first, but actually getting around was kind of frustrating. I kept clicking through menus just trying to find basic stuff, and somehow it still wasn’t obvious where anything was?!
Some pages loaded without any issues, but I still felt lost a few times. Maybe it’s easier if you already know the layout, but for me, it definitely wasn’t the smoothest visit.

I ordered from critrole.com and overall had a good experience. My stuff arrived in a reasonable amount of time, the packaging was solid, and nothing came damaged, which I really appreciate. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that the tracking didn’t update much for a couple days, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. In the end, everything showed up fine. I think it’s only fair to give credit when a shop follows through, but better shipping updates would make the experience feel a lot more trustworthy. I’d still order again.

Most days I can get logged in without any trouble, so that part is fine. But every now and then it just randomly won’t let me in, and I end up having to wait and try again Later. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s definitely a little annoying when I need to get in quickly.

I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie from CritRole, and overall I’m happy with them. The t-shirt fit true to size for the most part, maybe just a little long, but that doesn’t really bother me. The hoodie was actually softer than I expected, though it felt a bit snug in the chest. Based on this one order, I’d say their stuff probably runs slightly fitted, so if you like a looser hoodie, I’d size up. The sizing chart was helpful, but I still felt like I was guessing a little. I’d give it 4 stars and would buy from them again...

"Restocks are slow and no one seems to own it"
I like a lot of the stuff on critrole.com, but so many of the items I wanted were already sold out. Restocks do happen eventually, but they feel slow and easy to miss. It’s also kind of annoying that it’s not clear who’s actually responsible for keeping things available or communicating restock info. Not a terrible experience, I just wish availability was better and the whole restock process felt a little more organized

"Promo code situation was kind of a pain"
I tried using a promo code on critrole.com and, for some reason, it kept coming up as invalid even though it was still being shown on the site. I kept thinking maybe I typed it wrong or missed some tiny detail, but nope, it just wouldn’t work. Support did end up fixing it later, so that part was fine, but the whole checkout process was more annoying than it needed to be. Not a huge disaster or anything, just one of those little things that wastes your time and leaves you frustrated.

"Good quality and exactly as shown"
I ordered a hoodie and a dice set, both showed up looking just like the pictures, which I always appreciate. The hoodie feels nice and thick, and the print still hasn’t cracked after a few washes. The dice have a good weight to them too. It’s just nice when a shop sends what they advertise and doesn’t make you feel like you got tricked. Happy with my order.

My order showed up fine in the end, so that’s good. The tracking, though, was a little less helpful than I would’ve liked. It barely updated for a few days, which is always fun when you’re just sitting there wondering if your package is actually moving or taking a little vacation somewhere. Not the worst experience, but clearer updates would’ve been nice.

I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like they were dragging it out hoping I’d stop checking in. Not the worst experience, but I wish the process had been quicker and a little more straightforward.

For the most part, the streams have been running smoothly for me. It only froze once, which wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it’s been stable enough and I’m happy with it.

The prices already felt high for what you get, and once shipping was added on, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. I try to be careful about where I spend my money, so I decided this probably isn’t something I’d buy again

"Easy to get pulled into"
I’ve been following critrole.com for a while now, the stories just keep pulling me back in. The worlds feel lived-in, and it’s way too easy to get attached to the places and characters. It’s not flawless all the time, but that actually makes it feel more real to me. Definitely 5 stars. Anyway.

"Looks Nice, But the Sound Is Hit or Miss"
I’ll give it credit, it looks really good and fits the space nicely. The sound, though, is kind of inconsistent. Sometimes it’s clear, and other times it just feels off or uneven. If that doesn’t improve, I may end up returning it and going with something else.

I was kind of surprised by how much stuff they had on critrole.com. There’s a bunch of merch and little this-and-that type things I hadn’t really seen anywhere else. It was easy to find something for myself and grab a gift too. Some of the good stuff seems to sell out quick, but overall the selection is still really solid. I’d definitely check back again to see what new things they add
